Public Transport Trauma
Completely Underwhelmed writes, "I was on a bus the other day when a man got on wearing shorts, over what looked like greeny grey leggings. Then the stench hit me. The 'leggings' were a mass of open wounds, crusted with greenish solidified pus that flaked off in bits as he moved."
What's the worst public transport experience you've ever had?

Dont you just
Hate it when you get on the bus and the bus driver says you cant get on because he doesnt have change of 10 pounds. What is that all about, dont they give out change in the bus depot? It happened to me the other day 'sorry no change' ah fuck off and go and get a proper job.

Why don't more bus companies do 'Excess Fare' vouchers?
It's more pleasing to more peaople than just turfing people off.

That happened to me
but the bus driver was really nice about it. I had £1.20 in change or a ten pound note, and the fare was £1.70, so the driver just charged me for a slightly shorter journey and let me pay with the £1.20.

Where I come from...
The bus drivers don't even deal with the fare. You pop it in a blue metal box thing and if you don't have it, you're buggered.

It's when the ten people in front of you
paid with change and then the lazy f***tard says he doesn't have any change for a paltry £5 note. Mind you, back home in Blighty, where we lived, it was nearly a fiver for a bus anyway. The owners of Stagecoach are high on my list 'when the revolution comes'...
