I COULD UNDERSTAND A CPS DECISION TO DROP THE ASSAULT PC CHARGE AS THE OFFICER'S CONDUCT FELL WELL BELOW THE STANDARDS SET OUT IN THE PACE CODES, HOWEVER, THE EVIDENCE IN RELATION TO THE SPEED AT WHICH THE INTERNET DEFENDANT WOULD HAVE REMAINED VITALLY IMPORTANT...
