well I don't personallyknow if he is "underdeveloped" - it is highly likely his length, width and girth are all fine, (unless there is something you know that I don't).
Trolling about posting crappy replies without bothering to contribute anything of worth is to my vastly morally and intellectually superior persona a bit sad. That and the fact he sucks his mum off does not lend itself to being a useful individual.
