When someone is singing along to something
"who sings that again?"
"Oh it's (name of artist)"
"let's try to keep it that way, yeah"
Has been used on more than one occasion to great effect. It's my ambition to say it to a stranger on a bus or something

In much the same vein,
ask someone what it is they're listening to. When they tell you what it is reply:
"Thanks, I just wanted to make sure I didn't accidentally buy it."

One to remember
Although it'll probably slip my mind on the one occasion I need it!
