Last week, I thought we'd run over and killed something. After steeling myself to get out and find the body of somebody's beloved pet, I found we'd squished a bin bag. When has something turned out not as grim as you first thought?

we're catching up with our tenant tomorrow - she's an old friend.
Me and the kid had a few swims - the best was probably this morning after we got back from fishing.
A quiet day - no family (the outlaws came yesterday) but a few friends round for a feed.
& while I'm here, who the fuck is Poppet? I'm guessing that "search" working would render that question moot?
