The general publicI am not a member of the general public and neither are you.
I would imagine that most of us would have been in 'customer facing' jobs at some point. Who's the biggest twunt you've had to deal with?

This could be very goodOf course, now that I've voted for it, there's prob no way in hell it'll get chosen.
Make way for the QOTW: "My favorite curtains pattern". Or something equally exciting.
