I Quit!

What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

I wouldn't have left silently, I would have taken great enjoyment in 1) Pointing out they were being racist
2) As an assistant manager, telling higher ups that the the staff are being racist
3) Made sure they all got a bollocking and hopefully got their jobs put on the line.
