I Quit!

What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

Can't offer you much more advice right now but I'll say that after all you've been through, you deserve a lot better!!!
Although I could recommend taking up a martial art. This is a really excellent way of letting out pent up aggression in a controlled environment.
