What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

That's dead sweet of your colleagues to get you a leaving pressie. I loved my last day at my old job - everyone was dead nice.
Saw a few of them recently and they said the place has een no fun at all since I left.
