What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

I somehowmanaged to quit 3 years ago for about 6 months. Back on it though :P I also gnaw the skin off my fingertips..... they're so used to it that if I don't it loosens and starts falling off on it's own.
