In my previous job.The helpdesk I worked with in Manchester was 95% staffed by Asians of Pakistani descent who delighted in calling themselves The Asian Mafia. I recall one time they were recruiting a new member of staff and a guy sporting a Turban came for an interview.
"We're not employing a fucking rag-head." was the universal chorus.
Quite shocked me at the time that did.
