A japanese family moved in a few doors down from my parents many years ago. My mother told me one day

"Every time he walks by and seems me he bows his head, they do that in acknowledgement of the atrocities they committed during the war"

3. As a person of eastern genetic descent (but White British ethnicity), I find the possibility that anyone living in another's country that gets to adulthood and can't cope with the occasional (multiple times an hour) glare and comment unbelievable long time.

My mother *was* speaking in a racist manner (that which is) when she is obviously not racist (that which is not) having adopted a child from a different race.

Of course it's more an example of learned behaviour, to her father anyone who was not white was a coon, apart from the pakis and the niggers of course.

The gaz I got from scaryduck stating that yes - "this qotw is not b3ta's finest hour" but it was top-voted.
Which ultimately means there are some very gullible, misguided people here who are prepared to show their inherent racism under the guise of "huurrr, let's take the piss out of the serious liberals and racists".
