Mr Twisty Cheeky asks: As a contrast to last week's question - Has anyone ever been evil to you, out of the blue, for no reason? Have you ever been total twuntcake against all logic?

just that the chances of you winning anything substantial are very small.
I once wasted a lunch-hour on scratchcards, just so I could chat to the girl behind the counter. Utterly pointless, but I think I only lost my initial £1 stake.

I always pick the one with the lowest jackpot, so one with a max prize of £6000 or something as opposed to the £100,000 national lottery one. The logic being that there ‘should’ be a larger pool of smaller prizes instead of just one or two cards in the whole country with a hundred grand on them and far fewer smaller prizes. My logic has in the past been known to be flawed however so I await criticism and correction shortly.
