Road Trip
Gather round the fire and share stories of epic travels. Remember this is about the voyage, not what happened when you got there. Any of that shite and you're going in the fire.

This is going to turn into 'Car Journies' isn't it?
because realistically, there are very few journies you can make in the UK worthy of the name 'Road Trip'.
I drove from Crawley to Brighton once, but I guess I could just change the names to New York and LA.

Yeah, but
"John Carpenter's Escape from Crawley" doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

I managed it today, with a lot of luck.

ha,
Not at all, I promise. i don't mind this question in the slightest, it just struck me that Road Trips are not a very British idea.

They take more planning and effort because if you really wanna go far you have to leave the country, whereas in the states you can just drive and keep driving.
Ive driven from London to Zurich and into Austria several times.
Nothing interesting happened though, apart from a load of Belgians who cannot drive and are generally scary to share the road with.

Good point.
I am a fucktard.
I did story = stories, forgetting that 'ey' just gets an S, not an IES.
I knew it looked wrong too, but left it anyway.
