Torquay = Over-run by druggiesThe public toilets on Torquay sea-front have needle bins - says it all.

Bill Byrson eh?If it was before 1985, he was probably driven into running off and writing all them travel books by the small-minded NIMBY squads of Bournemouth.
But these days - why, the town centre hardly smells of wet dog anymore. Now thats worth celebrating.
