Ahhhh crown housewhere the sadistic or inept (quite possibly both) monsters of Merton Cuntcil can peer down from their concrete behemoth and behold the one-way system whose obstruction to the progress of the driver trapped within sums up their very strategy towards all those who fall into their administrative realm.
