AND
in my alter ego as barmaid...I met some mad cornish bellringers (I live in derby, they were on tour) and they rang in that twisty spire...and it moves as the bells ring...how cool is that!!

As a place to go drinking
it is great at night - because it is only a town all the pubs and clubs are literally next door to each other.
Just not always so great in the cold light of day.
