ExeterYes indeed. The roads which surround it create a miasma of filth otherwise unknown in the South West. Also, Heavitree and Pinhoe both suck serious ass, even if only passing through. Admittedly, I have an unnaturally negative bias toward Exeter due to being forced to live there for a year or so on an abortive degree attempt.
