I once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Thousands is a bit much
I was one of the thirty odd people who was at Lowestoft ness, on 1/1/00 there early enough to see the sunrise.

EDIT: there is also a municipal tip further along from the birds eye place
