Running awayTwo friends ran away from boarding school. They didn't get too far though - they forgot to check when the last train ran. A teacher found them sitting waiting and drove them back again.
That said, it's not just a thing kids do - the urge to just run is built into all of us. Tell us about the times you've given in and run.

I suppose it counts:When she was about four or five, my sister ran away from home. She took my little blue plastic police tricycle, and wore nothing but red welly-boots.
I think she got about halfway down our road before my mum brought her back.
Same blue trike got nicked and we found it one day parked outside Safeway, but that's another story.
Just to clarify, this wasn't meant to be interesting.
