There's nothing like administering first aid to cyclist who has just spanged into the back of a milk float when you have tears of laughter running down your face. The world is just one long episode of You've Been Framed - when have you laughed at the misfortune of others?

Ran it as a profitable holiday business for 2 years and sold it this August for just over what I paid, having had a good income for 2 years.
I also fail to see the problem. In fact the whole state of the economy largely lies with unsecured credit not the housing market and the people/businesses in trouble are the muppets who lent/borrowed money in circumstances where is can't/won't get paid back. Lend money on a house and you can always sell the house, lend money for a holiday or other random junk and you're not getting your money back.
