They could well have been....I was about 6 - my memory's not entirely complete. What I've written is how I remember the incident; obviously time could have warped the facts. It was a weird-ass catholic school where the teachers weren't particularly hip though. Don't recall them laughing at much at all.
I think it was alright for six year olds. Better than just making a mess, surely.
