Ha, our teacher did something very similar, he had some pigs lungs and got one of the girls in the class who was obviously terrified of them to touch them. Unbeknownst to everyone, he had secretly connected a tube to the lungs, which had a small rubber bulb on the end, which he was concealing in his hand. Just as she poked the lungs, he squeezed the bulb and inflated the lungs. The girl gave a full-on horror movie style scream, and ran from the room greeting. Awesome teacher, totally mental.
