As far as the word cunt is concerned..I've found men and women of my acquaintance to use it pretty much the same amount, though amusingly, yanks hate the word.
Nearly got barred from a bar in LA for uttering "you fucking cunt!" when losing to my mate at pool.
I use it as an expletive more than to refer to lady-bits mind.
