Mouthpiece of the arseholeknown as Dick Cheney. It's pretty well known that Bush was essentially Cheney's sock puppet for the first part of his presidency, until two feeble neurons connected and he realized what was going on.
That being said, he's a cunt of the first order who was clearly massively incompetent on his own, and was therefore merely doing as he was told. Had he a fucking clue, we wouldn't be in half the mess we're in now.
