Goes for most situations like this reallythinking, "Hmm, I'm a bit (hungover / tired / ill / hungry), maybe I should keep quiet and not fly off the handle until I've had some (food / sleep / drugs) and got things in perspective".
PMT is NOT an excuse to lay in to people.
