Very trueThe NHS is concerned, because female doctors in hospitals tend to leave in their late thirties after having families. (Most of them become GPs for a more balanced workload and local sensibility.)
So if this trend continues, there'll be a big shortage of experienced doctors in hospitals when the current generation starts pissing off. The NHS is already trying to find ways to plug the gap.
