I checked Urban Dictionary ...and they don't know either. Perhaps some creature from the spirit world is speaking through The Baroness and making her/him talk weird tosh.
I would conjecture that a glue baby is the product of anal coitus, though why you'd want to peer at it afterwards eludes me.
