Was this around 1998?I was working at Haven head office back then and I remember a letter being received from a customer that was so shocking it unofficially did the rounds of every department to gawp at the incompetence of a site that we all already knew had serious issues
The story was very similar - although I dont recall exact details due to how long ago it was.
