ShopliftingWhen I was young and impressionable and on holiday in France, I followed some friends into a sweet shop and we each stole something. I was so mortified by this, I returned them.
My lack of French hampered this somewhat - they had no idea why the small English boy wanted to add some chews to the open box, and saw it as an attempt by a nasty foreigner oik to contaminate their stock. Not my best day.

Shopdumping is a hobby of mineFor the same reason I can't go anywhere unless I know where the nearest toilet is and know that I can get to it immediately. I pass an Aldi halfway thru my (10min) drive home and I have to stop there on a regular basis to Shopdump. The toilet is right at the front of the shop so you don't even have to pretend to be buying anything. B&Q's toilet is quite handy too.
