Nothing I've used personally...But here in the US, I hear this sequence quite often, and it never ceases to amuse me (said as a greeting):
A: What's good, thug?
B: What's rilly good?
A: What's rilly rilly good?
B: Worrrrrd. *slap on back*
Oh, and the word "word" means...anything. Word.
