Not the best but it's regional...In the not-so-very-great MN, we have the Hat People. as in those dudes who drive with a plastic asshat (A plastic-surgeryed britney wannabe) at their side and a college hat over their eyes. They are mostly drunk and make great target practice with paintballs.
