Your first cigarette
To be honest, inhaling the fumes from some burning leaves isn't the most natural thing in the world.
Tell us about the first time. Where, when, and who were you trying to show off to?
Or, if you've never tried a cigarette, tell us something interesting on the subject of smoking.
Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

and I totally understand your issue about smoking parents and asthma.
The info that the doctors give you list things that irritate asthma. My parents decided that it was sport that was making me ill and the cigarette smoke had nothing to do with it.
About a year before I left for uni my mum started leaving the room for a smoke which was nice but 12 years too late (and I'd grown out of asthma by then anyway!).
