Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

Yes reallyI think I must be missing something obvious, but I have no idea what it's about.
I suspect it's perhaps a popular culture reference, and seeing as my television watching is pretty limited, I don't get it!
