Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

Go with Enzyme's suggestionGive it to a woman in a burqa - I'm sure she'd appreciate the kindness of another woman approaching her with a gift and recognising her as a member of society. Her religion shouldn't stop her from taking it - even if Easter is a (sort of) Christian festival. I've gone to a Muslim family at the end of Ramadan to celebrate - and I was a stranger.
And also it's nicely twisted.
