Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

SnusI tried Snus for the first time 2 weeks ago- a mate bought some on t'web.
Bleedin' 'ell, it's powerful stuff. I was feeling mellow within a couple of minutes and was quite enjoying it then, 10 minutes later, went white as a sheet and puked. It feels like smoking 20 fags at once and the nicotine going straight to your brain. Not doing that again.
