To be honest, inhaling the fumes from some burning leaves isn't the most natural thing in the world.

Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

Whose tax money?
Smokers pay taxes too, in fact more than 80% of the cost of a pack of cigarettes in the UK is tax so smokers are paying for their own treatment.
The question should be "why is smokers' tax money being used to treat non-smokers illnesses?"
