But the fact remains that until D Day most, if not all of the so-called French Resistance limited themselves to feuding with each other or black market activities with a sideline in selling each other out to the Gestapo. ALL the main acts of sabotage and ALL intelligence gathering were carried out by SOE agents, NOT local partisans.
