Dude seriously...tell him before it's too late. Me and a girl i really liked had to call it a day before we even decided to get together. We both had strong feelings for each other but were too shy to let each other know until IT WAS TOO LATE. No seriously, just get it out in the open.
The worst that can happen is you don't get together. But that'll happen anyway if you don't let each other know what your feelings are.
