I have to agree with Rev Fisters track choice..As if it weren't for that song (In my darkest hour, megadeth) playing on my ipod, I'd now be getting to know the local constabulary very well, as it's just stopped me from tearing out my (now ex) managers throat and dipping his arms into the void where his larynx should be.
I feel a black metal and beer session coming on.

There's something about extreme metal that can be therapeuticAfter a particularly shite morning at work a couple of years ago, I sat in the work canteen with my headphones on, blasting through the entirety of Eschaton by Anaal Nathrakh, and felt better for it in the afternoon :)
