Don't panicA 3 month old baby has no idea what is happening, so you have plenty of time to establish and enforce your own rules and values. Your father and sister might want to spoil the kid, but you are the one that is in attendance most of the time, so your way will prevail. You have at very least another 6 months before the child can even talk, and years in which to establish the ideas of consequences, responsibility, and the golden rule. This is a good time for you to think about your own behavior - if you do things that you don't want your child to learn, start your own improvements now. Good luck!
