Don't panicyou can't 'spoil' a baby. Other than the sleeping thing, I'd get that sorted before it becomes a major issue. They have to get used to falling asleep by themselves.
Let her grandad and aunt be the spoilers, its their job! My brother spoils my kids but various threats ensured that he keeps it to birthdays and Christmas. As her parent, you're in the position to lay down the law with them.
Baby Uggs though? Sorry, just wrong. They're too loose on the feet, she'd only kick them off.
