This is a question Spoilt Brats

Mr Newton sighs, "ever known anyone so spoilt you would love to strangle? I lived with a Paris Hilton-a-like who complained about everything, stomped her feet and whinged till she got her way. There was a happy ending though: she had to drop out of uni due to becoming pregnant after a one night stand..."

Who's the spoiltest person you've met? Has karma come to bite them yet? Or did you in fact end up strangling them? Uncle B3ta (and the serious crimes squad) wants to know.

As a sub editor
I've trained new journalists quite well. If they talk down to me, I have a word with the editor and say I'm going to do two copies of a story, one where I leave all their mistakes in a news story and one where I do my job. I print off the bad version and give it to the editor.
He will then go ballistic at the journalist, pointing out all the errors and that the work isn't good enough, there may be legal problems with a story etc... He then, very nicely, and in earshot of the journalist, asks me if I can rectify the 'dogs dinner' of the story. I pretend to work for about five minutes and then print out the decent version. The editor then proceeds to tell me how wonderful it is, that subs are a godsend for journalists and they're lucky to have us to protect their reputations.
New journalists quickly learn that if an editor respects us, then they should too, as we save their arses a lot of the time.
Now, if I ever get an editor who treats me like shit, I'm screwed.
