To be fair....To be fair, the business apolgised at once and they did correct it, they even offered him a free car wash next time he came round to visit - possibly that was a mistake on their part. He is slowly working his way up the corporate ladder in his letter campaign, probably thinking if a 'minion' (his word) would offer a car wash, the chairman will offer a new car.
