Not reallyI went to a grammar school populated by spoilt brats, and I really don't think I could behave in that way. Yes, I'd love to have money so I could sort out my family's various debts, but I certainly wouldn't then spoil my children or myself.
You can be poor and spoilt, it just depends on the quality of the parenting/discipline.
