Ah the good old University of London pastoral care policy.I had a similar experience of this when I lived in Halls, but via the wonderful medium of someone hacking into our phone system and calling me repeatedly every single night. So I feel for you *clicks.*
Also, I know the Redstar and yes, it's a hole.
