i had friends like that
every time their blokes went out, even to the shop, they'd pinch their phones when they got back to see if they'd been messaging anyone. i've even had girls asking me to seduce their blokes, just to see if they're faithful. needless to say, i didn't remain friends with these nutcase bunny-boilers for long. if someone wants me to know something, they'll tell me. if they don't, they won't, that's that.
