This is a question Amazing displays of ignorance

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "My dad's friend told us there's no such thing as gravity - it's just the weight of air holding us down". Tell us of times you've been floored by abject stupidity. "Whenever I read the Daily Express" is not a valid answer.

Support emails, was it me?
i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PRINT FOR THREE DAYS NOW, iT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME TO NOT BE ABLE TO PRINT AS I NEED TO GIVE THESE REPORTS TO THE ENGINEERS.
(caps-lock sics included)

When I used to receive these I sometimes used to wonder who truly was the ignorant one. Me for not knowing there was a user out there who could not print; or the user, for assuming that I was some sort of printer whisperer who knew about every individuals printing woes before they reported them.

Length? Usually dependent on how broken their Citrix client was...

BL***Y CITRIX!!!
Our offshore users at work use it. It's effing annoying!! I want to ask if they've tried switching it off and on again, but all that does is re-open the session, with original (citrix) error intact!!!

Yeah it's shite.
Things got really interesting for users when they somehow manage to have multiple sessions of the same app across a farm of servers.

Bloody Citrix... I won't touch it.
Having to support BES with Groupwise 6.5 is bad enough.
