I think he's probably a trouser-racist, Janet.
Certainly he seems to have a problem with the colour of the trousers. He'll probably back it up with some statistics about black trousers being 73% more likely to cause his legs to itch, but really he's just racist.

I bet he crosses the street when he sees black trousers on the other side in case they itch him.

I think he might be allergic to the dye
As that's the problem I have with bluejeans... that said, it's no excuse for him to be such a massive prick. He should get a patch test and MTFU.
