granted my understanding of the female anatomy is lacking in hands on experienceBut a common or garden vulva has two sets of "lips", a pair of labia majora and a pair of labia menora. If you count lips as singular and not pairs (like trousers, even though they are one thing..?) Then a lady will have four. Counting in pairs she has two sets.
